Ever feel like you blink and time is just gone? Thats how our summer has been, running, moving, playing, working, facebooking and barfing. Not all in that particular order. Yeah, that last one was not so fun...gotta love stomach bugs.
Today is our once a month, sit at home in our jammies watching silly movies eating junk food on a crappy weather day. I need more of these days, they seem to slow time.
August is cram packed with entertainment too, birthday parties, trips to Water Country and Busch Gardens, visits from friends, sewing sewing sewing and a few play dates thrown in there. Its a wonder the girls still remember where we live. lol
I hope everyone had a fantastic July...please share a highlight of your summer so far!

Yes...they all fly by it seems and although I hate to wish my life away,I'm glad to see July go quickly because I can't wait for cooler weather. Georgia humidity is relentless and I can't stand being 'wet' all the time.
They say southern women don't sweat, they glisten. Honey I SWEAT!
I think it's in hiding with January and February LOL
July is gone and August has arrived in SE WA. Hot and dry, we topped out at 108 today.
The day I did the photos with the glass of ice water it was 99. Oh well, life in the Walla Walla Valley.
I forgot that you live in VA. I miss Busch gardens. I use to go to VA every Summer when I was a kid & we would go to BG, The Pottery, Williamsburg, VA beach etc... I thik my highlight of the Summer was seeing Def Leppard, my all-time fave band.
My answer in six words...It has disappeared into the past.

I sooo totally agree! I don't where my july went as well! I mean it just whooshed from in front of my eyes and here I am done with even the first day of my junior year!
I think the whole of my july was spent blogging and facebooking!
I agree July passed very quickly. We were busy in July and extra busy in August. Have fun watching movies and hanging out!

Yeah. Where did July go? I was surprised when my daughter demanded that I bake a chocolate cake with green icing letter saying Happy Birthday Harry! Turns out it's Harry Potter's birthday last July 31st - and surprise, surprise - I was shocked when I checked the calendar..
